A safari aide has been battered to death by a lion in the same Zimbabwean national park where Cecil the lion lived.
Quinn Swales was taking a gathering of sightseers on a mobile safari in Hwange National Park on Monday morning when a lion all of a sudden charged, the organization he was working for said.
"Quinn did all that he could to effectively secure his visitors and guarantee their wellbeing," the organization, Camp Hwange, said on its Facebook page, including that no different individuals from the gathering were harmed.
Swales, 40, kicked the bucket the morning of the assault from the wounds he endured, it said.
