A youngster who was accounted for missing in Alabama 13 years back has been discovered sheltered and unharmed in Cleveland, Ohio, powers say.
Julian Hernandez was in the lawful care of his mom when he vanished on August 28, 2002. He was 5 then.
It was suspected that his dad, Bobby Hernandez, took him as a major aspect of a noncustodial parental kidnapping, as indicated by the Vestavia Hills Police Department, only south of Birmingham.
