Nicola Cummings, 28, slammed her auto into Christopher Lazzerini and drove off with him gripping on to the hat, a court listened.
The 27-year-old tumbled off however arrived on his feet and was uninjured.
He pursued Cummings and when he got her they started contending once more.
Officers saw her yelling in the road and captured her.

The episode happened in the auto park of the Tail O' The Bank bar, in Greenock, reports the Daily Record.
CCTV footage of Cummings attempting to cut Christopher down on August 19 a year ago was appeared at Greenock Sheriff Court a month ago when she confessed to three charges.
She conceded thumping Christopher down, undermining him with brutality, battling with police and neglecting to give a breath example.
