A lady professedly cut a 12-year-old kid with a hypodermic needle loaded with her "body liquids" - while knowing she has HIV .
Jacqueline O'Neil will confront trial blamed for attacking the kid , who can't be named for lawful reasons, to the risk of his life.
She denies the charge taking after the occurrence on July 27 a year ago at a location in Dundee.
It is asserted that she occupied with a battle with the tyke before striking him on the hand with a syringe and hypodermic needle.
Prosecutors say the vial contained her organic liquids and brought about the needle to infiltrate the kid's skin.
An option charge asserts she suspiciously and heedlessly presented the kid to the danger of contracting HIV.
O'Neil is further blamed for attacking the kid by striking him on the body and undermining to toss a seat at him.
O'Neil, 32, of Byron Crescent, Dundee, argued not blameworthy on arraignment to charges of strike to damage and the peril of life and to a further charge of attack.
