Four years prior, Philadelphia police discovered four grown-ups secured in a storm cellar room with no sustenance and just a basin for a latrine, powers said.
A little gathering of captors drove by Linda Weston had beaten the casualties, kept them affixed and hostage in bolted storage rooms, storm cellars and upper rooms, denied them of sufficient nourishment and medicinal care, and moved them between Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Florida, the U.S. Lawyer's office in Philadelphia said in an announcement.
The reason: To take their Social Security and inability installments, powers said.
