French Tragedy: Over 40 Pensioners Dead In Bus Mishap


More than 40 retired people on a day outing have been killed after their transport slammed into a truck and burst into flares in south-western France. 

The crash happened close Puisseguin in the Gironde wine area, east of Bordeaux, not long after the transport had set off from a neighboring town. 

The French president said he had been "dove into misery by the catastrophe". 

This is the most exceedingly bad French street calamity since 1982, when 52 individuals kicked the bucket. 

Executive Manuel Valls has touched base at the scene.
