James Foley Killer Identified

U.S. enforcement officers believe they'll have known the disguised man seen within the ISIS video of the killing of american journalist James Foley, two U.S. officers told CNN.

"They have a reasonably smart plan of who it should be," a U.S. official said. however the official cautioned that "it's not 100 percent yet." Neither official, who spoke to CNN on the condition of namelessness, was willing to spot the suspect, citing the continuing investigation.
